SMSF Property Services is now offering one $500 gift certificate per household to victims of the January 2011 Queensland floods. These gift certificates are now available to the first 500 eligible flood victims who apply online, totaling $250,000 worth of contributed services.

Some of the specific services we are offering include:

- Assistance with Federal and State Government benefit forms for individuals
- Assistance with State Government benefit forms for businesses
- Preparation of 2010 tax returns (from individuals to companies, trusts, and self managed super funds)
- Preparation of 2011 tax returns (from individuals to companies, trusts, and self managed super funds)
- Business Activity Statements
- Advanced tax education (including borrowing) for Self Managed Super Funds
- Customised services to suit your unique needs

If you are eligible for either the $1,000 Australian Government Disaster Recovery Payment or the $170 State Government Flood Loss Payment, then you are also eligible for our $500 gift certificate (eligibility criteria is listed on our gift certificate application page).
